Returns & Refunds

1. Contact us to discuss the reason for your return. Click here for our contact details.
2. You will then be issued with a returns reference number (RMA).
3. Package your goods in a suitable box and address it to:

4. Send your package to the above address with appropriate insurance to cover the value of the goods.
   
   

   We cannot accept liability nor refund any items that are damaged when they are returned to us so please make sure your package is appropriately insured.

5. Faulty Items
   

   After receiving your returned item and inspection it, if it is found to be faulty and you have requested a replacement we will send this out to you at no cost on the next working day.

   After we receive and inspect your item, if you have requested a refund it will be processed the next working day.

   If any item is found to be in good working condition it will be returned to you.

   Returning to Stock
   If your item is being returned to stock for a refund (minus the restocking charge) the item must be in its original packaging with any manuals, accessories (if supplied) and in a resellable "as new" condition . See our terms and conditions for the restocking charge.
